Fever Tree and Sandhills Gin have one very important thing in common: its all about the taste. When Tim and Charles created Fever Tree, they decided that there would be no compromise – flavour and quality would be everything. At Sandhills Gin we firmly believe the same thing. We use our Hybrid distilledTM approach to craft our gin and preserve the very nature of the botanicals we use. We do not use flavourings or concentrates but simply the best natural products. For a gin of this purity and quality we only want to partner with the best. Our gin needs no flavoured tonics but benefits from being mixed with a natural tonic that shares the values of purity and provenance. In addition to sourcing the best quinine from the Congo, Fever Tree Tonic Water includes bitter orange which is also part of our gin recipe (and the reason that a slice of orange zest/peel is a good garnish) and uses natural sugars (rather than sweeteners) which brings a fuller mouth feel.
