In addition to sourcing the best quinine from the Congo, Fever Tree Tonic Water includes bitter orange which is also part of our gin recipe (and the reason that a slice of orange zest/peel is a good garnish) and uses natural sugars (rather than sweeteners) which brings a fuller mouth feel.
